The feature enables users to digitally sign documents easily and securely using the digital signature provided by VNPT SmartCA. VNPT SmartCA is a remote digital signing service that adheres to European standards and provides legally valid digital signatures. This ensures the integrity and credibility of documents during online signing processes, thereby enhancing trust, legal validity, and security for electronic transactions.

1. Sign digital a single document​

Guide to Sign Digital a Single Document with VNPT SmartCA by personal account

Steps

  • Step 1: Select the document with the "Sign Digital" permission
  • Step 2: Click on the document to open it
  • Step 3: Click on the function button with the "three horizontal lines" icon to open the list of features on the screen
  • Step 4: Click "Sign Digital"
  • Step 5: Click "Confirm" to sign digital the document
  • Step 6: Draw the signature, select an existing signature image, or upload a signature image and provide a reason (if any)
  • Step 7: Click "Confirm" and open the "VNPT SmartCA" application on your personal device to authenticate the digital signature

Steps

  • Step 1: Filter the list of documents with the "Sign Digital" permission
  • Step 2: Press and hold to select the list of documents to be processed
  • Step 3: Click on the function button with the "Sign digital" icon to open the window to confirm digital signatures for multiple documents
  • Step 4: Draw the signature, select an existing signature image, or upload a signature image and provide a reason (if any)
  • Step 5: Click "Confirm" and open the "VNPT SmartCA" application on your personal device to authenticate the digital signature

  • Step 1: Select the document with the "Sign Digital" permission that needs to be signed
  • Step 2: Click on the document to open it

  • Step 5: Enter the reason for rejection and click "Confirm"
  • Step 6: Enter OTP and click "Confirm" to reject sign digital the document
