1. Signing a document

Guide to Signing a document with VNPT eKYC IDCheck authentication

Steps

  • Step 1: Select a document with "eKYC Sign" permission
  • Step 2: Tap on the document to open the file
  • Step 3: Tap on the function button with the "three horizontal lines" icon to open the list of features on the screen
  • Step 4: Tap "eKYC Sign"
  • Step 5: Draw your signature or select an existing signature image or upload a signature image and enter the reason (if any)
  • Step 6: Tap "Confirm" to agree with the document content and legal terms
  • Step 7: Scan the QR code on the chip-embedded citizen ID card
  • Step 8: Place the chip-embedded citizen ID card on the mobile device (NFC) to verify the functionality of the chip
  • Step 9: Perform facial authentication
  • Step 10: Tap "Confirm" for the eKYC IDCheck authentication result and enter the OTP code sent via email/SMS
  • Step 11: Tap "Confirm" to complete document signing

Steps

  • Step 1: Select a document with "eKYC Sign" permission
  • Step 2: Tap on the document to open the file
  • Step 3: Tap on the function button with the "three horizontal lines" icon to open the list of features on the screen
  • Step 4: Tap "Reject"
  • Step 5: Enter the reason for rejection and tap "Confirm"
  • Step 6: Enter the OTP code and tap "Confirm" to reject signing the eKYC IDCheck document
