View details of a document

The feature enables users to access detailed information of a specific document that the user has access rights to. Users can view details such as creation date, creator, last updated date, shared user information, and any attached documents or files.

There are 2 ways to view the details of a document:

  • Option 1: Direct access
  • Option 2: Open and view the document details

Option 1: Direct access​

Steps

  • Step 1: Select the document you want to view details of
  • Step 2: Swipe left on the selected document to access additional features
  • Step 3: Click on "More"
  • Step 4: Click on "Details" to view the detailed information of the document

Steps

  • Step 1: Select the document you want to view details of
  • Step 2: Click on the document to open it
  • Step 3: Click on the function button with the icon of "three horizontal lines" to open the list of features on the screen
  • Step 4: Click on "Details Infomation" to view the detailed information of the document
