I. Sign digital a single document with VNPT SmartCA by personal account

Guide to Sign Digital a Single Document with VNPT SmartCA by personal account

Step 1: Select the document with the "Sign Digital" permission that needs to be signed
Step 2: Click on the document to open it
Step 3: Click on the function button with the "three horizontal lines" icon to open the list of features on the screen
Step 4: Click "Sign Digital"
Step 5: Click "Confirm" to sign digital the document
Step 6: Draw the signature, select an existing signature image, or upload a signature image and provide a reason (if any)
Step 7: Click "Confirm" and open the "VNPT SmartCA" application on your personal device to authenticate the digital signature

Guide to Rejecting Sign digital a single document

Step 1: Select the document with the "Sign Digital" permission that needs to be signed
Step 2: Click on the document to open it
Step 3: Click on the function button with the "three horizontal lines" icon to open the list of features on the screen
Step 4: Click "Reject"
Step 5: Enter the reason for rejection and click "Confirm"
Step 6: Enter OTP and click "Confirm" to reject sign digital the document

Step 1: Filter the list of documents with the "Sign Digital" permission
Step 2: Press and hold to select the list of documents to be processed
Step 3: Click on the function button with the "Sign digital" icon to open the window to confirm digital signatures for multiple documents
Step 4: Draw the signature, select an existing signature image, or upload a signature image and provide a reason (if any)
Step 5: Click "Confirm" and open the "VNPT SmartCA" application on your personal device to authenticate the digital signature
