Search for documents

I. Search for documents​

There are 2 ways to search for documents:

- Option 1: Search by entering document information into the search box
- Option 2: Search by quick filter based on document access permission
  • Step 1: On the document list screen, click on the search box
  • Step 2: Enter the name or code of the document to search for
  • Step 3: Press "Done" or "Next" or the Enter key (depending on the keyboard on the user's device)

Option 2: Search by quick filter based on document access permission​

  • Step 1: On the document list screen, select the "Sign Draw", "Sign Digital", "Approve", "Fill data" buttons to filter documents based on document access permission

II. View document list​

  • Step 1: Successfully log in to the system
  • Step 2: The list of all user documents will be displayed
