There are 2 ways to share a document:

-   Option 1: No need to open the document
-   Option 2: Open and view the document, then share the document

Option 1: No need to open the document​

Guide to sharing a document (No need to open the document)

Steps to follow

  • Step 1: Select the document to share
  • Step 2: Swipe left on the selected document to access extended features
  • Step 3: Press "Share" to open apps or share options supported by the device
  • Step 4: Select the share option supported by the device and proceed to share the document

Steps to follow

  • Step 1: Select the document to share
  • Step 2: Click on the document to open the document file
  • Step 3: Click on the function button with the icon "three horizontal lines" to access the list of features on the screen
  • Step 4: Press "Share" to open apps or share options supported by the device
  • Step 5: Select the share option supported by the device and proceed to share the document
