Sign digital by USB Token

The feature of digitally signing documents using a USB Token allows users to sign electronic documents securely. By utilizing a USB Token, where cryptographic keys are securely stored, users can apply their digital signature to documents, ensuring their authenticity and integrity. This feature adds an extra layer of security to electronic transactions, as the cryptographic keys are stored offline on the USB Token, minimizing the risk of unauthorized access or tampering. Additionally, the USB Token allows for portability and ease of use, enabling users to sign documents from any computer with USB support.

Verify information before using USB Token digital signature​

Before using the USB Token for digital signature, the signer needs to:

  1. Check and install the digital signature tool (Plugin) provided by the chosen digital signature service provider.
  2. Verify and select the correct digital signing method "USB Token Digital Signature" on the VNPT eContract system.

VNPT-CA plugin is additional software that add digital signing functionality to web applications.

Guide to download the VNPT-CA plugin:
  • Option 1: Visit https://kyso.vnpt-ca.vn/, select the "Plugin ký số" (Signature Plugin) menu, choose the appropriate version for your computer's operating system to download:

  • After installing the VNPT-CA Plugin, you need to restart your computer to ensure the Plugin functions correctly.

2. Check and select "USB Token digital signature" method​
