Search automated signing history

The search feature in the "Automated Signing History List" screen allows users to easily filter and search the history of automated signing processes for documents based on various criteria.
Instructions for searching automated signing history information
Step 1: Go to the "Manage Automated Signing History" function screen.
Step 2: Enter/select the search information:
Search box: Enter the document code or serial number of the digital certificate related to the document you want to find.
Signer: Select the signer's name from the dropdown list if you only want to find documents signed by a specific individual.
Document type: Choose the document type from the dropdown list. The default is "All" if no specific filtering type is requested.
Created from date and To date: Enter the time period you want to search for documents. Select the start date from the "Created from date" box and the end date from the "To date" box.
Status: Choose the status of the document from the dropdown list to filter by a specific status (e.g., All, New, In Process, Signed, Error). The default is "All" if no specific status filtering is requested.
Step 3: After selecting/entering all the information you want to search, click the "Search" button to start filtering the results.
Step 4: The system will display a list of documents corresponding to the user's search criteria.

If you want to clear all filtered search criteria and return to the default filter, click the "Reset" button. The system will clear all entered/selected filters and display the original default filters again.
