Search for deleted documents
tip
- Search for deleted documents within the allowed time frame that the system has configured (by default, beyond 30 days from the date of document deletion, the system will automatically clean up the deleted files that exceed this time limit).
- This configuration may vary depending on the configuration of each company.
Restore deleted documents
This feature allows users to:
- Search for and restore deleted documents within the allowed time frame that the system has configured (by default, beyond 30 days from the date of document deletion, the system will automatically clean up the deleted files that exceed this time limit).
- This configuration may vary depending on the configuration of each company.
The restored documents will be displayed in the "DOCUMENT LIST" screen in a "NEW DOCUMENT" status, and users can continue editing and creating new documents.
Delete forever documents
tip
- Search for and delete forever documents within the allowed time frame that the system has configured (by default, beyond 30 days from the date of document deletion, the system will automatically clean up the deleted files that exceed this time limit). This feature cannot be restored, so make sure you want to permanently delete before performing this operation.
