Update workflow template

The feature allows users to update information within an existing workflow template. This allows users to adjust recipients, access permission, or processing order within each specific workflow of the template according to new needs or requirements.

tip

  • Only the creator of the workflow template has the authority to update the workflow template.

  • Share workflow template access:

    • On: All users within the same Company/Branch can use this workflow template.
    • Off: Only the creator of the workflow template can use this workflow template.

  • Workflow in order:

    • On: This workflow follows a sequential order, processing steps are executed from top to bottom, a processing step can only be performed after the previous step is completed.
    • Off: This workflow does not follow a sequential order, processing steps are executed concurrently and do not need to wait for the previous step to complete.
